The few resources I’m staying subscribed to in 2022.

We all need to be more mindful of the content we consume on a daily basis. Think about everything you look at in a day. Most of it is probably junk.

We spend hours scrolling through Instagram. Hours watching commercials that try to lead us to unhealthy habits. Hours listening to ads on podcasts…

One of my goals for 2022 is to be more mindful of what I’m looking at and listening to. I will be unsubscribing from the “influencers” that aren’t teaching me anything or adding value to my life. I will be unsubscribing from the podcasts that no longer serve me.

We all need to do an audit of our social media accounts. Get rid of the people who aren’t making you a better person in some way. Unsubscribe from the junk emails that convince you to buy things you don’t need.

Here are a few of the accounts I actually plan to remain subscribed to, BECAUSE THEY BRING ME VALUE.

3–2–1 Weekly Newsletter by James Clear

I look forward to this newsletter arriving in my inbox every Thursday. It is so short and simple, which is exactly why I like it. I can read it in a few minutes and be left with lots of insight. It gets me thinking.
